Dr. Robert W. Deller, Dr. Deller is a renowned expert in Public Sector market research having provided management and executive leadership as Vice President for several national and international market research companies, including International Data Corporation, Selbre Associates, and INPUT. During this time his major accomplishments have been in developing IT conferences, technology breakfasts, information technology and telecommunications research products and services. Since 1994, Mr. Deller has developed industry-wide market research and spending analysis reports. These reports are distributed by various market research and consulting service companies focusing on the IT market. From 1964 to 1987, Mr. Deller served as senior official in the U.S. federal government, both in Defense and Civilian agencies. Half of this time was spent in the Department of Navy where he managed telecommunications and sea surveillance projects. Mr. Deller’s civilian agency experience was as Chief Information Technology Officer at Food and Drug Administration where for more than 11 years he developed extensive information systems for scientific and management systems for drug and biologic reviews.
